Turkeysauruses (known simply as Turkeys) are a species of giant plump birds which existed during the Stone Age featured in the franchise of The Flintstones.

Unlike other birds including pterodactyls and dodo birds, they were rarely shown in the franchise of The Flintstones including the special, A Flintstone Family Christmas.
Cuisine[]
Turkeysauruses were also edible with their meat for holiday dinners on special family occasions including Thanksgiving and Christmas, however they were not as popular as pterodactyl and dodo bird meats.
