"The Rockdale Diet" is the first segment of the seventh episode of the first season and the forty-third overall segment of The Flintstone Comedy Show (known as Flintstone Frolics), a spin-off of the original series, The Flintstones. It aired on January 3, 1981.

Synopsis

As Fred attempts to lose weight by following the Rockdale Diet, Wilma carefully monitors his every sneaky scheme to eat. After finally losing ten pounds, Fred happily prepares to eat a giant lunch when his boss arrives.
