"The Flintstone Fake Ache" is the first segment of the first episode of the second season and the twenty-seventh overall episode of The Flintstone Kids, a spin-off of the original series, The Flintstones. It aired on September 12, 1987.
Synopsis[]
Freddy forgets to complete a class science project. To avoid going to school, Freddy paints purple spots on his face and pretends to be sick. His trick backfires when Dr. Gallstone arrives and recommends a trip to the hospital.

Notes/Trivia[]
- This is the first episode for Scott Menville to take over the voice of Freddy Flintstone since the first season's voice actor Lennie Weinrib who had previously voiced the Commissioner was replaced because of his mature voice and also the first episode with Frank Welker as the voice of Dino instead of the usual voice actor, Mel Blanc.
