The Bedrock Bug is a flu-like illness that only appeared once in A Flintstones Christmas Carol.
Symptoms[]
The common symptoms of the Bedrock Bug were that the person face would turn green and begin to feel the urge to vomit. Luckily the effects of the bug would last no more than 24 hours.

- Maggie: She caught the bug before she was supposed to play Belle, which also caused Wilma to take her place. (Also during the dance scene, she even got aggressive when Fred was surprised that Wilma replaced her as Belle.)

- Philo Quartz: Caught the bug before he was supposed to play The Ghost of Christmas's yet to come. Instead, Dino took his place.
- Fred Flintstone: At the end of the film, Fred obtained the flu after the end of the play.
