Shelly is a short and diminutive caveman with fair skin, tan stubbles and red hair that covers his eyes. He wears a light green sleeveless loincloth with a torn hemline and a teal and black spotted scarf-like tie.
Role in the episode[]
When Hot Lips reunited with Fred Flintstone at the Rockland nightclub, he talked the latter into singing on stage. Fred agreed, only if his friend, Barney Rubble could play the drums, to which Shelly graciously let Barney take over.
