Mr. Loudrock is a one-time character of the episode, "Dino and Juliet" featured in the fifth season of the original series, The Flintstones.
Background
Mr. Loudrock is an obnoxious, loud-mouthed, grumpy, hot-tempered, mean and angry neighbor who is taller and a hundred times more swaggering than Fred and also threatens him with violence and retaliation if he violates his edicts, such as disturbing his rest, peace and quiet in a sunbath for example.
Physical Appearance
Mr. Loudrock is a tall and stout caveman with fair skin, tan stubbles, thick black eyebrows and a bald head. Also, he wears a lavender loin-cloth with a white collar and a primrose bow-tie.

Notes/Trivia
- Mr. Loudrock was voiced by Henry Corden, who would later be the second voice of Fred Flintstone after Alan Reed's death in 1977.
