Melvin Jerome "Mel" Blanc (née Blank; May 30, 1908 – July 10, 1989) was an American voice actor, comedian, radio personality, and recording artist.
Career[]
Although he began his over-sixty-year career performing in radio, he is best remembered for his work with Warner Bros. and Hanna-Barbera as the original voices of Barney Rubble, Dino and other numerous characters in the original series, The Flintstones and its spin-offs.
