Fireflyasauruses (also known simply as Fireflies) are a species of multi-legged insects which existed during the Stone Age and were featured in the franchise of The Flintstones.

Background

Fireflyasauruses were little insects with six legs, variously colored skin (including yellow or white), antennae, and glowing abdomens that lit up, flashing bright.

Uses

Unlike other insects that were used, such as beeasauruses, Fireflyasauruses were used for the light production on their lower abdomens in various lighting-based objects, including flashlights, lanterns, lamps, searchlights and also Christmas star lights.
