Notes/Trivia[]

  • In this episode, "They Went That Away" from The Pebbles and Bamm-Bamm Show, Tex was only known as Uncle Hatrock, an uncle-in-law as a one-time character.
  • A very similar character also named Tex who shared a similar design and was also voiced by Hal Smith first appeared in the second season episode "Feudin' and Fussin'", however unlike the Uncle Tex who would debut in the third season, this Tex was not Fred's relative.
    • It is possible that this character would eventually be recycled into Uncle Tex.
