Allosauruses are a rare species of carnivorous dinosaurs which existed during the Stone Age featured in the franchise of The Flintstones.
Background[]
Allosauruses were large, bipedal, carnivorous dinosaurs that had purple skin with black stripes, ridges along their backs, long tails, small heads and teeth filled with sharp teeth, along with small claws that bore primary digits. Overall, they resembled smaller tyrannosauruses.
They were particularly violent and were one of the few dinosaurs alongside tyrannosauruses that attacked cavefolk, as such they were never seen in urban locations, only in the wild. Despite their violent nature, they were very emotional and some could be driven off by mockery as seen in The Flintstone Kids episode, "Camper Scamper".
Uses[]
Because of their wild and violent nature, they rarely saw much use compared to most other dinosaurs and were not as commonly seen.
Culinary Uses[]
They were edible, as their meat could be processed into ribs and even shanks and made into allosaurus and cream cheese sandwiches which were available in Hollyrock as seen in the film Hollyrock-a-Bye Baby.
