Role in the episode[]
After the duo sold Barney's car with Fred in the trunk from Rocko Hotrod of his used car lot which it accidentally bumped into it and took it for a ride, he chased after them trying to get it back. When they stopped and arrived at the Club, he disguised himself as a Scotland Yard inspector, McGrubble and gave the money to the duo and drove off to Fred's birthday party at his house.
