Creepella Gruesome is a recurring character of the original series, The Flintstones during the show's run. She is the matriarch of The Gruesomes Family and was Wilma Flintstone's creepy neighbor during the original show's fifth season.

Creepella is a tall individual who, like the rest of her family, is a thin and slender humanoid with green skin, red lips, a long nose, and long red hair that covers her eyes. She wears a black loincloth dress with a torn hemline. In the final episode, "The Birthday Present" from The Pebbles and Bamm-Bamm Show, Creepella has fair skin, red lips, black hair, and wears a red loincloth dress with a torn hemline.
