Belinda is a traffic cop of the Bedrock Police Department and a one-time character of Wind-Up Wilma, the third special of The Flintstone Primetime Specials.
Background
Belinda is a traffic cop of the Bedrock Police Department who takes speeding very seriously, including Fred Flintstone and Barney Rubble for example.
Personality
As a traffic cop, she is strict, serious and firm to Fred and also other drivers who gets caught speeding.
